Assalamu'alaikom,
There is a good blog dedicated to ShafiALLAH - Seeking the cure from ALLAH.
One example is the Salawat/Durood Tunjeena
My personal experience is we read the doa against obstinate shaitan 3x (from the Fortress of Muslim (page 55) or Hisnul Muslim) then followed by this Darood Tunjeena 21x, insyALLAH the sihir will be weakened significantly.

Assalamu'alaikom,
For those who are un-comfortable with Salawat/Darood with Tawasul, please try the more familiar Salawat/Darood Ibrahimiyyah. This is the Salawat/Darood we recite in the last sitting position in prayer/salah.
For easier reference, the darood tunjeena is referred by image here:
