Assalamu'alaikom,
The oldest and largest ruqyah group is the Darussyifa under the legendary Harun Din.
They have many branches, the nearest branch to Kuala Lumpur would be their HQ in Bangi, which is about 1 hour drive from Kuala Lumpur. There is a Kg Baru Branch (in Kuala Lumpur itself), but that opens only on Sunday for few hours.

Assalamu’alaikom, The 2nd oldest Ruqyah group is Darussalam. The sheikh is Datuk Ismail Kamus, and the Chairman is Ustaz Manaf.

Their location is in Gombak Setia (state of Selangor) about 1/2 hour drive from Kuala Lumpur. The Darussalam ruqyah center is behind the Gombak Police Station.

The Darussalam ruqya center is behind the Gombak Police Station. On opposite of the road is Masjid As-Syakirin (Gombak)
WORKING HOURS FOR RUQYAH TREATMENT
the hours are now:
Saturday - Sunday: 2pm-6pm
Monday, Wed, Thurs: 10am-4pm
Each patient will need to pay RM15 (US$5) for each visit.
Each patient should bring 2 large bottles of mineral bottles and 21x whole pieces of lime; sometimes limited quantities of those items are sold at the counter
Sometimes, the Sheikh himself, will come to this center to give treatment.

Assalamu'alaikom,
Ustaz Malek Lazim has started a ruqyah group named Darul Hikmah. Ustaz Malek learnt direct under Sheikh Wahid Bali, I think when he was studying in Egypt.
The last time there was a group of raaqis in Klang Selangor who studied under Ustaz Malek, but they have since regrouped under their own different logo. Reason for re-grouping was not specified.
