Thanks to one brother S., there is a good online tafseer by Mufti Shafi Usmani RA (Rahmatullah not RadiALLAHuanh):

For "benchmarking", we can read the Tafseer of Surah 103 Al-Asr,

which so far seems acceptable for the ordinary Muslims like me and you
